So What Is Energetic Healing Anyway?
Energetic healing is an umbrella term for any therapy that manipulates the energy circuits in our physical or subtle bodies to regain balance and facilitate our body’s innate healing mechanism. A holistic approach that looks beyond the physical to manipulating the subtle energy systems (meridians, auric bodies, chakras) where the cause of the dis-ease can be located, it can help identify “issues” before they manifest as pain or similar distortions in the physical body. It opens our consciousness to the areas we need to work through and heal in order to bring our lives into balance and maintain health, harmony and vitality, and is a process through which you may better understand your mental, emotional, and physical self and in so doing, bring the self back into a state of balance and healing.
Energetic healing can assist in many areas. It may help to improve feelings of resiliency, equanimity and provide relief from various psychological symptoms including anxiety and depression. It can help when you are lacking enthusiasm; are overwhelmed by fears or other strong emotions; under stress; suffering from illness on a regular basis; feeling pessimistic; unable to find life direction; or experiencing a general lack of fulfilment.

Suzanne (Zanne) Jones
Zanne is an energy worker, reiki master teacher and medium. She blends a unique combination of energy and body work including reiki, crystal healing, sound healing and aromatherapy, to create profound healing treatments. Zanne believes we all have the capacity to know first-hand that Spirit / God / Goddess / Gaia / Source, is there to connect to and assist you in your growth and purpose. And that connecting to Source, using the energy that surrounds us and is within us, whether that be through reiki, crystals, aromatherapy, sound or some other form of natural healing, allows us to clear energetic blockages in our body that create dis-ease and therefore connect more deeply to source and ourselves, living a more fulfilled, healthy and joyful life.
Zanne is a Tibetan Usui Reiki Master Teacher, a certified crystal healer, has trained in Brisbane at the Australian Institute of Applied Science completing her Diploma of Aromatherapy, has a Certificate of Pregnancy Massage with Pregnancy Massage Australia and a spiritual medium. She believes it is the greatest privilege, to connect to loved ones in the Spirit world, bringing evidence of the eternal existence of the soul and delivering words of healing and love to those grieving their loved ones who have passed over. In her former years she studied at Wollongong University obtaining a Bachelor of Arts and Honours degree in Psychology before working in Child, Adolescent and Adult Mental Health. Zanne is the co-owner of Auralite.
