Your sacred pathways journey begins with a gentle distance energy clearing to clear any blockages or residual energies that may be clouding your path. As you settle into a brief guided meditation, the boundaries between worlds begin to soften, creating the perfect conditions for authentic spiritual connection. With reverence and protection, we open sacred space to invite the presence of guides, ancestors, and loved ones who wish to share messages of healing, guidance, and love. The ancient symbols of the tarot reveal themselves, illuminating hidden patterns and offering clarity about your current path and potential futures.
Cancellation Policy
At Auralite, we want your booking experience to be as smooth, clear, and heart-centred as your session itself. Please take a moment to read our booking guidelines before securing your spot. 1. Booking & Payment All Readings and Distant Reiki sessions are booked online via our secure booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable). 2. Session Format All sessions are conducted online via Zoom. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your Zoom link and session details after booking. 3. Time Zone & Punctuality All booking times are listed in Sydney (AEST/AEDT) time unless otherwise stated. Please check your local time zone before confirming your booking. Please join the Zoom session a few minutes early so you can settle in before we begin. 4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: full refund (less any payment processing fees). If something unexpected comes up within 24 hours of your appointment: First-time clients receive a one-time grace reschedule at no cost. After that, sessions within 24 hours are non-refundable, but you are welcome to gift your booking to a friend or family member by notifying us at auraliteme@gmail.com. Extenuating Circumstances: We understand life can throw the unexpected our way. If you experience a serious illness, emergency, or other exceptional situation, please reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate a fair solution. If Auralite needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered the next available appointment or a full refund. 5. Session Preparation Ensure you have a stable internet connection and your Zoom link ready. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. For Readings: Have any questions or topics you’d like to explore prepared. For Distant Reiki: Ensure you can fully relax during the session — lying down or seated comfortably is recommended. If you’d like background relaxation music, have it ready to play on your end. 6. Disclaimers All services are for personal insight, wellbeing, and spiritual development. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You must be 18+ to book a session unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
